The PROXZE will serve as a representative of the PRINCIPAL to perform specified functions on behalf of the PRINCIPAL as outlined in the PROXZE Request section on the software. The PRINCIPAL is charged upon the completion of logged requests/tasks while the PROXZE carries out these requests/tasks for a fee.
